The oil from the Guccione Oil Mill will never be a standardized oil

No oil is the same as another, but above all it cannot be oil from year to year.
It is the plant, it is the climate, it is the soil, it is man who never repeats himself.
Then there is the miller who freely decides if the oil he makes is still a handmade product, making use of what nature and time offers him.

Zahara

Squeezed only by Tonda Iblea olives, characterized by an intense green fruitiness, it is recognized by the marked notes of tomato, aromatic herbs and myrtle.

Pala

Pala is a blend of Sicilian cultivars with a medium fruity flavor, characterized by notes of tomato, artichoke and Mediterranean aromatic herbs.

POP

POP oil is obtained from a blend of the most representative Sicilian cultivars, taking care of every phase of the supply chain through the quality standards of Guccione oil mill, from the tree to the bottle.
