Tiramisu is the Italian dessert par excellence, known and appreciated all over the world. Simple and quick to prepare, it lends itself to various reinterpretations.

Creamy and greedy, it immediately conquers everyone at the first spoon. Tiramisu in a glass is practical, delicious and perfect for any occasion!

Ingredients

  • 3 eggs
  • 300 gr of mascarpone
  • 3 spoons of sugar
  • 2 ladyfingers
  • 1 cup of coffee
  • bitter cocoa to decorate

Instructions

1. Separate the yolks from the whites; be very careful during this operation, a drop of red may be enough to prevent the whites from whipping up.

2. Pour the 3 tablespoons of sugar and the 3 yolks into a bowl, then work them with the electric whisk until a frothy mixture is obtained. Add the mascarpone and mix very slowly, until a smooth and homogeneous cream is obtained

3. Rinse the whisk well and start whipping the egg whites. When you have reached the consistency of a cloud and the egg whites are detached from the walls of the bowl you can stop. Incorporate the egg whites with mascarpone cream and yolks with gentle movements from the bottom upwards, so as not to disassemble them and guarantee a soft and frothy result.

4. Pour the mascarpone cream into the glasses and level the surface. Divide the ladyfingers into 2, lightly soak one end in the cold coffee and place it in the center of the glass. Store the shot glasses of tiramisu in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours.

5. Before serving, sprinkle the surface of the glasses with bitter cocoa.
